www.beachbody.com yesterday i got the set in the mail. Everyday workout, 23 minutes for the whole body. I just finished doing it. I feel good! I have pilates today, lets see how i feel after that. lol. I'll be tired, but hey double the workout, I need it a lot. Especially for my abs/thighs. It's the only two things I really need to tone down. I believe I can do this. And I will!
This week I'm finally cutting out pastas and bread. I cut out sugar for 7 weeks now. It is time to cut out a lil more. I'll be eating special K for breakfast and dinner. And lunch i'll have corn, and chicken. I will be sick of that food but thats the idea, so it's the only food I can eat so I wont eat as much if I dont like it. I am only going to eat yogurt once every other day, instead of everyday too. It actually has a lot of calories in it.
