Weight

"weight" the one word nobody likes to talk about. There is always a new diet out or some new health shake or weight loss pills that will "magically" make you lose weight. I believe some things do actually work. But how do we know what ones work and what ones are just wastes of money? Everyday I see weight loss pills advertised on tv. Do all of them work? Does one work better than the other? These answers will only be found by testing them out I suppose. I've never tried weight loss pills. I don't think I want to waste my money on something if they are not going to work. I think just cutting back on sweets, red meat, and breads can really help.

 

I havent lost any weight since I last found out I lost 4 pounds. That was 8 days ago. And I lost 4 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. So maybe I'll lose some more soon? I dont know. This makes me upset that I weigh 148. That's a lot to me considering that I used to weigh 135 only a couple years ago. I'm now going to cut out pasta's and breads for a while and see if that helps. If it doesn't help then I'll start eating them again. I've been doing everything "right'  i suppose.

 

Who tells us what we are supposed to weigh? Why all the new diets? Do movie stars tell us, media? I think the only way to figure this out is a doctor. There is a certain weight you are supposed to weigh with your height. Is that so hard to keep to our weight? YES! Look at all that greesy, fatty, junk foods out there. Even the non-junk foods arent healthy for us. French fries, burgers, pizza. Why cant healthy foods taste good? They can I believe. I have found I really love salads now, and some veggies I used to hate a few years ago. I like fruit more and that's healthier than have a quarter pounder from McDonalds with fries and a shake. That's just fattening and unhealthy. I dont get why some foods are even out. They rot your teeth and make people get overweight.

God I sound like a mother. lol.
